In 2007, we at Oyaide Electric produced a carbon headshell called HS-CF and 5N silver shell lead wires called HSR-AG based on years of persistency about product design. This is also our manifestation of entry to the analog category.

And in 2009, we bring out the brand-new item, HSR-CU. The conductor is made of PCOCC-A copper which proved its quality by applying many products. Rather than twisting whole wires, twenty of 0.08mm wires are unified in a unit and the three units are grouped as a conductor which is geometrically-stable. For its outer sheath, we employed PFA which has excellent electrical capacity. The thickness of the insulator is incredibly thin 0.18mm. And the terminal chip is made from phosphor bronze and is 24K gold-plated in order to protect from oxidization and improve electric conductivity.
